1. How long does it take until I can see my website on the internet?
Once you have registered for a WeddingToolbox™ account your website will be available for viewing instantly. You can preview your website at any time by clicking on the pink "Preview Website" button located at the top of the left side menu.
2. Can I change my website theme?
Absolutely. You can change the design of your website as frequently as you like with no additional charges. Choose from a huge selection of beautiful designs available in a wide variety of colors.
3. How often can I make changes to my website?
WeddingToolbox™ allows unlimited site updates from anywhere at any time without additional charges. Changes to your site take effect immediately.
4. What will my website address be?
When you sign up for WeddingToolbox™, you are given the opportunity to choose an unique personal website address in the format www.weddingtoolbox.com/name, where name is the ID you choose for your site. Optionally, you may upgrade to a custom domain name of your choice (i.e. janeandjohn.com) that links directly to your website.
5. Can I purchase my own domain name (i.e. janeandjohn.com) through WeddingToolbox™?
Absolutely. Once you have purchased a wedding website, you will have the ability to purchase your own domain name by clicking on the "Custom Domain" link located in the "Website Options" panel within the left side menu.
The domain name can take up to 72 hours to become functional once it is registered. If the domain name still does not show your website after 72 hours, please contact us.
Note: Email addresses are not available for purchased domain names through WeddingToolbox™.
6. Can I use a domain name I already own?
Absolutely. If you already have your own domain name (i.e. janeandjohn.com) you can forward it to your WeddingToolbox™ website address using a "forwarding" feature offered by the domain registrar with whom you registered your domain. If you require assistance setting this up, please contact your domain registrar for details.
7. Can I password protect my website?
Yes. If you wish to keep your website private, click on the "Settings & Security" link to add a password. When you add a password, only guests who have the password can view and interact with your website.
8. How can I add music to my wedding website?
You can add music to your website by clicking on the "Manage Music" link located in the "Website Options" panel within the left side menu. You can upload your own song or select one from our music library.
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
10. Do I have to live in the United States to purchase a website?
No. WeddingToolbox™ websites can be purchased from anywhere in the world. However, payment must be made in U.S. dollars.
